3. Order Processing & Logistics

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not constitute final acceptance of your order.
Supplier Fulfillment: As a curator of premium wellness equipment, Dalazio partners with specialized distribution facilities to fulfill your orders. You acknowledge that delivery timelines are estimates and can be influenced by carrier capacity and logistics.
Title of Goods: Risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or, if applicable, upon delivery to your specified address.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Dalazio reserves the right to adjust pricing due to market fluctuations or supplier changes. We use secure payment gateways; however, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment account information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dalazio provides recovery equipment for wellness and recreational purposes. We are not a medical provider.

Consultation: We strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness regimen, particularly those involving extreme temperatures, such as saunas or cold plunges.
Usage: You assume all responsibility for the proper installation, maintenance, and safe usage of your equipment. Dalazio shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
