The Apex is a heavy-duty, commercial-grade sauna heater designed for high-performance environments and residential applications requiring consistent, powerful operation.

Through advanced airflow engineering, The Apex maximizes heat convection while safeguarding critical components. By directing airflow through a Protected Element Air Chamber, it ensures the elements heat the massive rock mass efficiently without premature burnout, resulting in superior heat retention and a robust Löyly.

Here are concise, conversion-focused FAQs tailored for The Apex Sauna Heater product page to address common customer

Q: Do sauna rocks and controls come included with the Apex Heater?

A: No. Sauna rocks and external digital controls are sold separately. This allows you to choose your preferred control panel interface and select the specific rock type that best suits your setup.

Q: How do I know which kW size to choose for my sauna?

A: Heater sizing depends entirely on your sauna room’s total volume in cubic feet (Length × Width × Height):

12kW: Designed for rooms between 450 – 700 cu. ft.
15kW: Designed for rooms between 600 – 900 cu. ft.
18kW: Designed for rooms between 690 – 1,150 cu. ft.

Q: Is the Apex heater certified for safety in North America?

A: Yes! The Apex is fully CSA and UL approved, meeting strict safety and electrical performance standards for both Canadian and U.S. installations.

Q: What is the "Protected Element Air Chamber" and why does it matter?

A: The Apex features a specialized internal chamber that prevents heavy sauna stones from pressing directly against the delicate heating elements. This extends element lifespan while optimizing airflow to generate maximum heat and steam.

Q: How many pounds of sauna rocks does the Apex hold?

A: The Apex features an extra-large column capacity that holds up to 310 lbs of rocks, providing superior heat retention and deep, long-lasting steam production.

Q: Can I pour water directly onto the heater stones for steam (Löyly)?

A: Absolutely. The Apex is engineered with high-grade stainless steel components specifically built to handle moisture and water contact to create rich, authentic Finnish steam.

Q: Where is the Apex sauna heater manufactured?

A: The Apex is 100% designed and manufactured in Canada by Homecraft, built using premium local materials and expert engineering.
