High-Efficiency 3/4HP Cold Therapy Water Chiller (7,500 BTU)

This professional-grade chiller is engineered for dedicated cold therapy enthusiasts who demand performance, reliability, and convenience. Moving beyond the inconsistency of ice, this unit provides precise temperature control down to 37°F (2.8°C).

At its core lies a robust 3/4HP compressor delivering a powerful 7,500 BTU/hr cooling capacity, ensuring rapid pull-down times. Despite its power, the unit operates at a fairly quiet 56 dBA. Designed for ease of use, it includes an integrated pump and filter kit, requiring minimal setup. Safety is paramount, featuring a long 10' power cord with GFCI protection. The unit is built to withstand the elements with a "rain-proof" exterior, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor installations (subject to freezing temperature precautions).

Q: How cold does the water get?

A: The chiller is capable of cooling the water down to a crisp 37°F (2.8°C), perfect for effective cold therapy.

Q: Is the chiller loud?

A: It operates at approximately 56 dBA, which is classified as fairly quiet—similar to the hum of a modern refrigerator.

Q: Does the unit require a separate pump or filter?

A: No. This unit comes with a built-in pump and filter kit, making it a complete "plug-and-play" solution for your cold tub setup.

Q: What are the electrical requirements?

A: It runs on standard household power: 110 - 120 Volts. It draws 450 Watts and 3.9 Amps. It features a 10' power cord with integrated GFCI protection for safety near water.

Q: Can I use this chiller outdoors?

A: Yes, the unit is "Rain Proof" and suitable for outdoor use. However, crucial precaution: You must disconnect the chiller and drain it completely when ambient temperatures are freezing or below. Allowing water to freeze inside the unit will cause severe damage to the internal components.

Q: How big is the unit?

A: It is compact and portable, measuring roughly 17″ W x 15″ D x 13″ H (43cm W x 38cm D x 33cm H) and weighing 49 Pounds (22.2 kg).
